Shrishti Softech Solutions (P) Ltd sends consolidated e-mails to its Customers informing them about their Email Hosting Orders as well as any other Product/Service Orders, that are nearing their Expiry Date.

Customers are sent expiring Email Hosting Order renewal instruction e-mails before the Email Hosting Order(s) actually expire, after expiry and on deletion.
The reminders are sent to the Customer Username (E-mail Address) from 45 days prior to the Email Hosting Order's expiry, on the 1st, 11th and 21st day of every month, until the Email Hosting Order is either Renewed or Deleted (due to non-renewal).
This report displays the Order ID, Domain Name, Product Category, Expiry Date, Days to Expiry and Days to Deletion, besides information about how to go about renewing these Orders.
Note
The e-mail will display a maximum of 10 Orders. To view the complete list of Orders, the Customer needs to login to his Control Panel through the link provided in the e-mail.

In case your Email Hosting Order has been Locked/Suspended by Shrishti Softech Solutions (P) Ltd, you will not be able to immediately renew your Email Hosting Order. You need to contact our Support Team at support@ssi.bz to get this issue resolved.

Shrishti Softech Solutions (P) Ltd Resellers can easily view all expiring and expired Email Hosting Orders from the Renewal Managementinterface within their Reseller Control Panel and choose to renew any Email Hosting Order on behalf of their Customer(s). 1
Note
When a Email Hosting package Expires,
- The package is immediately Suspended. This implies that you would be unable to use your package, until it is Renewed.
- The Customer is sent an e-mail, informing him that he has 15 days to Renew his Mail Hosting package, post which the package is Deleted.
When the Email Hosting package is Deleted, the Customer is sent a final e-mail informing him/her that the Order is Deleted, since it was not Renewed within 15 days after Expiry.
