To Renew your Email Hosting Order
You may extend the tenure of your Email Hosting Order from 1 upto 10 years.
- Login to your Control Panel, Search for the domain name for which you have purchased the Email Hosting Order and proceed to theOrder Information view. 1
- Click the Renew button.
Note
If your Email Hosting Web Services Order has Expired, you will not be able to switch Plans, until you have Renewed your existing Order.

Upgrading / Downgrading an Email Hosting Order
- On this page, select the duration for which you wish to renew this Order, and click the Renew Order button.
- Then proceed to make the payment and the Renewal would be effected immediately.
To Delete your Email Hosting Order
If for some reason, you do not wish to continue with the Email Hosting services provided by Shrishti Softech Solutions (P) Ltd, then you may delete your Order.
Note
Deletion of an Order within 30 days of purchase, entitles you to a full refund of your Cost Price.
- Login to your Control Panel, Search for the domain name for which you have purchased the Email Hosting Order and proceed to theOrder Information view. 2
- Click the Delete Order link.
- Click Delete Order to complete the Deletion of this Order.
Note
- If you purchase Email Hosting Order for the same domain name, the 30 day refund guarantee will not be applicable to any such new Order.
- The refund upon deletion would be given to you, in the form of a Credit Note.
