Order Suspension is a useful feature available to Resellers of Shrishti Softech Solutions (P) Ltd. In this status, the Order remains in the database but is Inactive. The functionality associated with it cannot be used, and no one can make any modifications to the Order unless it is Unsuspended.
To Suspend / Unsuspend an Email Hosting Order

Login to your Control Panel, Search for the domain name for which you have purchased this Email Hosting Order and go to the Order Information view. 1

To Suspend the Order:

Click the Suspend link.

Select the Suspend radio button for Suspension and enter the Reason for Suspension.

To Unsuspend the Order:

Click the Unsuspend Order button.

Select the No Restriction radio button.
