Order Suspension is a useful feature available to Shrishti Softech Solutions (P) Ltd Resellers. In this status, the Order remains in the database but is inactive and the functionality associated with it can not be used. No modifications can be made to this Order, unless it is Unsuspended.
Note
Suspending a Single Domain Linux Hosting Order would not only cause suspension of Email, Web and DNS services associated for all domain names manageable through this Order's cPanel interface but also any other Web Services purchased for the domain names.
To Suspend/Unsuspend a Single Domain Linux Hosting Order
1.Login to your Control Panel, Search for the domain name for which you have purchased this Single Domain Linux Hosting Order and go to the Order Information view. 1

To Suspend the Order:
- Click the Suspend link.
- Select the Suspend radio button for Suspension and enter the Reason for Suspension.
To Unsuspend the Order:
- Click the Unsuspend Order button.
- Select the No Restriction radio button.
Click the Update button.
