To Renew your Single Domain Linux Hosting Order
You may renew your Order for a duration ranging from 1 to 10 years.
Login to your Control Panel, Search for the domain name for which you have purchased this Single Domain Linux Hosting Order and go to the Order Information view.
Click the Renew button.
Note
If your Single Domain Linux Hosting Order has Expired, you will not be able to switch Plans, until you have Renewed your existing Order.

Upgrading / Downgrading a Single Domain Linux Hosting Order
Select the duration for which you wish to Renew the Web Hosting Order. You may choose to have SSL Support enabled for your Web Hosting Order by selecting the Include SSL Support checkbox.
Click the Renew Order button.
Proceed to pay for the Invoice generated for the Renewal.
To Delete your Single Domain Linux Hosting Order (Anchor: delete)
Note
Deletion of this Order within 30 days of purchase, entitles you to a full refund of your Cost Price.
1.Login to your Control Panel, Search for the domain name for which you have purchased this Single Domain Linux Hosting Order and go to the Order Information view. 2
2.Click the Delete Order link.
3.Click Delete Order to complete the Deletion of this Order.
Note
- If you purchase Single Domain Linux Hosting Order for the same domain name, the 30 day refund guarantee will not be applicable to any such new Order.
- The refund upon deletion would be given to you, in the form of a Credit Note.
