Shrishti Softech Solutions (P) Ltd sends consolidated e-mails to its Customers informing them about their Single Domain Linux Hosting Orders as well as any other Product/Service Orders, that are nearing their Expiry Date.

Customers are sent expiring Single Domain Linux Hosting Order renewal instruction e-mails before the Single Domain Linux Hosting Order(s) actually expire, after expiry and on deletion.
The reminders are sent to the Customer Username (E-mail Address) from 45 days prior to the Single Domain Linux Hosting Order's expiry, on the 1st, 11th and 21st day of every month, until the Single Domain Linux Hosting Order is either Renewed or Deleted (due to non-renewal).
This report displays the Order ID, Domain Name, Product Category, Expiry Date, Days to Expiry and Days to Deletion, besides information about how to go about renewing these Orders.
Note
The e-mail will display a maximum of 10 Orders. To view the complete list of Orders, the Customer needs to login to his Control Panel through the link provided in the e-mail.

In case your Single Domain Linux Hosting Order has been Locked/Suspended by Shrishti Softech Solutions (P) Ltd, you will not be able to immediately renew your Single Domain Linux Hosting Order. You need to contact our Support Team at support@ssi.bz to get this issue resolved.
Shrishti Softech Solutions (P) Ltd Resellers
Shrishti Softech Solutions (P) Ltd Resellers can easily view all expiring and expired Single Domain Linux Hosting Orders from the Renewal Management interface within their Reseller Control Panel and choose to renew any Single Domain Linux Hosting Order on behalf of their Customer(s).
Note
When a Single Domain Linux Hosting Order Expires,
- The package is immediately Suspended. This implies that you would be unable to use your package, until it is Renewed.
- The Customer is sent an e-mail, informing him that he has 15 days to Renew his Single Domain Linux Hosting Order, post which the package is Deleted.
When the Single Domain Linux Hosting Order is Deleted, the Customer is sent a final e-mail informing him/her that the Single Domain Linux Hosting Order is Deleted, since it was not Renewed within 15 days after Expiry.
